How long do I have?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have 7 working days (beginning the day of receipt) to cancel your purchase. Order cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition to this you have 14 days to return or exchange your item(s).
We will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. Please return any items in the original packaging with all of the tags attached.
Outside the EU, you have 14 days from your purchase date to change your mind, please return any items in the original packaging with all of the tags attached. You are responsible for all postage costs.
How long will it take?
Please allow 28 days from the day the package is posted for your refund to be processed. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive it and another when your refund has been given. It may take 2-3 days for the funds to show in your account. We can only refund to the method of payment that you made the purchase with.
If your card has expired within the 28 days please call our customer services on +44 7940 583122, you will be asked for your order number, postcode and new card details. This line is accessible 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Your data protection is very important to us and for this reason we cannot accept new payment details on email.
Please ask the post office for a proof of posting certificate and keep this safe, if your package doesn’t arrive to us this will ensure your refund is still processed.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded onto the card that the goods were purchased with.

Refunding the delivery charge…
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
Full details of the returns procedure will also be sent to you with your order.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.
If you change your mind about anything you've ordered, simply return it using the return address label provided within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the returned items.

Please use the postal address sticker provided with your order.
Stick the label to the parcel and post it to us, ensuring that we receive it within 14 days of delivery.

Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Horses of the Wild will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to Horses of the Wild in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
